Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification

- Educational Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) pass from a recognized board

Selection Process
Stage 1: Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) — Qualifying rounds assessing candidates’ physical capabilities.
Stage 2: Medical Examination — Evaluating fitness for duty.
Stage 3: OMR-Based Written Examination — Comprehensive assessment of knowledge and aptitude.
Stage 4: Merit — Determined based on performance in preceding stages.
Jharkhand Police Constable Recruitment 2023 Physical Efficiency Tests:
Male:
- Running: 10 KM in 60 minutes
- Minimum Height: 160 CM
- Minimum Chest: 81 CM
Female:
- Running: 5 KM in 30 minutes
- Minimum Height: 146 CM
Written Examination:
- Two Papers (Paper 1 & 2)
- Exam Mode: OMR Based
- Negative Marking: Deduction of 1 mark for incorrect answers; 3 marks for correct answers

Paper 1: Regional/Tribal Language Knowledge
- 100 questions assessing language proficiency.
Paper 2:
