Selection Process:
The selection process for the SBI CBO recruitment will consist of two phases:
- Preliminary Examination: A preliminary online examination will be conducted to assess candidates’ aptitude in Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language.
- Main Examination: Candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination will be eligible for the main examination, which will be an offline test covering General Banking, Economics, and Financial Awareness.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the main examination will be called for an interview, which will assess their communication skills, personality traits, and overall suitability for the role.
